The only ones Bosch recomend for this engine are FR7DC+.

Trying to track-down a well-anoying problem;

What would happen if the clutch-disk was fitted back-to front? (is it possible without obvious cockup?)
MA5 box, genuine kit used about a year ago.

Could well be clutch related but I would say 2nd gear synchro-ring naffed.
And/or incorrect gearbox oil.

70 is low.

Had the same thing even though replaced thermostat, then discovered that
the stronger pump (18 teeth cog, bigger blades) was incorrectly fitted as mine had
the big radiator which needs ...
