After some advise.
I'm planning on installing a aftermarket heat unit but need a suitable fuse to piggy back off so it turns on and off with the ignition.
is there a preferable fuse to use or can any fuse be used as long as it becomes live with the ignition.
sorry for the simple question.

Meant when we sold the car we kept the radio and moved it to another make ..

Author: V9977, Location: Athens, GreecePosted: Sat Jun 20, 2020 8:05 am ---- There is a wiring loom and connector meant for the stereo (headunit) behind where its fitted and they're saying it's better to use that, with an appropriate adapter for the specific brand stereo you are fitting. It includes properly fused and rated permanent live (for memory presets, clock etc.) and switched aka 'ACC' (accessory).
The adapters are very cheap and can be bought on-line, make sure you get the right one though.
