who would be interested in attending this meet? at the Cold springs campsite in Buxton, Derbyshire
From Friday 30th July till Sunday 1st August.
this is a family meet, but the friday night WONT really be for kids.
the Friday night will consist of arriving at the campsite, setting up tents, getting a shower if necessary, changed then heading out for dinner and a wild night on the town.
saturday will consist of waking up hungover, sobering up, heading into buxton for some breakfast, or bring something yourself if you wish. waiting for the others to arrive, someone heading into Morrisons in buxton for the barbeque food and extra drink if required. then getting the barbeques and drink on the go and having an overall good time.
now the site will have other people there, obviously, so if we could be as well behaved as possible to give the site a good reputation, that would be a bonus.
Sunday will consist of cleaning up our mess, getting the tents packed up, heading for breakfast then parting ways.
i shall call the site tomorrow (22/02/10) and pre-arrange the booking and to confirm prices
the past couple of years its been roughly £15 (£5 per night, per person. and an extra £5 or £6 for food)
CALLED THE SITE TODAY, ARRANGED THE BOOKING ORDER. WHEN YOU CALL THEM, SAY YOUR WITH THE 206 GROUP THATS BEEN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY THAT WERE GOING BACK TO THE SITE
PRICES ARE £5 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT.

1 PERSON FOR 1 NIGHT WOULD BE £5, BUT ADD AN EXTRA £5 FOR FOOD
1 PERSON FOR 2 NIGHTS WOULD BE £10, BUT ADD AN EXTRA £5 FOR FOOD.
2 PEOPLE FOR 2 NIGHTS WOULD BE £20, BUT ADD AN EXTRA £5 FOR FOOD

i knew it was going to be around the same time as one or 2 of the shows. what about the weekend before or after?? either the last weekend of july (30th, 31st and 1st), or second weekend of august (13th 14th, 15th)
