I'm looking for some good reclining bucket seats in black and grey to match the car's interior, like Recaro's, are they hard to fit to the 206? I want minimal fuss really

I want to get my alloy wheels refurbished again in the future, as two have a mild buckle and for some reason the powdercoat finish keeps spiderweb cracking. What is the name of that refurbishment place in the Midlands that sorts buckles and supposed to do an A* job? Wheel doctors or something...

Just popping up here to ask some questions, save making a new thread.

I had an after market steering wheel fitted for a breif time, I've put it back to normal now and replaced it with a leather standard one - the airbag light is still on. Pez says it just needs clearing but could it be an airbag ECU fault? Also when I put the airbag unit into the steering wheel it is secured in place but just out at the bottom, I think one of the clips is causing an obstruction inside, but I'm unsure how I can take it off being as the bottom isn't clipped in and you usually undo the latch from the bottom to take it off...

The engine suffered an overheat earlier this year and since being repaired it still makes a tapping noise, that gets louder when the engine is under load/more revs. Is this just a tappet issue?

1. Clear the faults, see if they return. And without a picture I dont feel i can help that much

2. The tappets are way out it seems. Do them from cold and with a 45 degree feeler gauge to get the best feel, also its 0.40mm exhaust and 0.20mm for inlet

I think I ought to have a go at adjusting the tappets myself

The car had to have the head rebuilt after it overheated earlier this year. Since then, I am noticing a water sloshing noise coming from the passenger side door/glovebox when I accelerate/decelerate. What could this be?

Yeah I get that as well, no idea what it is, but I think its the fuel pump noise that wasn't noticed before it was done.. but if anyone can give some info on it I'd love to know as well

The coolant has not been bled correctly. Get that sorted asap

Well bit of an update, there is enough unburned fuel in the coolant to fail an emissions test if it was coming out of an exhaust.. So the head is gone.

Also I bought some after market rear lights but I can't quite get them to sit flush did anyone else get this problem?

Definetly for the hatchback? Not sure if it's possible for cc's light to be any different, especially the aftermarket ones.

Definately the hatchback ones it said on the shop. The threads go into the holes in the bodywork but it seems that something stops the bottom half of the lights being pushed all the way, maybe it's the black plastic that is meant to sit inside the boot jam?
