#1: Another misfire thread ! Author: Nuve, Location: NewcastlePosted: Wed Feb 13, 2013 6:45 am ---- Been happening a while but got alot worse this last week or so .. basically pretty much every time i start the car i get a misfire for about a minute or so then it sort of just fires . but sumtimes smokes from under the bonnet i'm guessing thats fuel burning off the cat caused by the misfire. so i changed the coil pack last nite thinking it was that and hasnt helped at all . and got a good old engine light this morning .. when in in PP and got Engine ECU permanent fault. Ignition-intergrated phase detection and 3 intermittent ignition misfireing faults ... any ideas? had the HG done about 4 month ago other than that nothings changed
