Fault Code Reading, Enabling/Disabling ECU & BSI options, Key Programming and FAP / DPF Removal Available using Dealer Software!
I am offering fault code reading to people for £20.
For FAP/DPF Removal it would be £60. This includes removing FAP from ECU and BSI and deactivating the DPF ECU. Then you just need to go to a exhaust place and basically get a de-cat pipe.
What I will do
I will firstly code read the car. I will then clear any faults you want execpt airbag faults. Then I will code read it again after the car has been running for 2 mins or so to see if any have come back.
What can I code read?
I now have software and hardware that enables me to fault code read pretty much any car now. Generally, I am able to read the same ECU's as I can with Peugeot, Citroen, BMW, Vauxhall, Rolls Royce and Mini.
I am able to access the following brands of vehicles.

Peugeot

The fault code reading will be using Peugeot Dealer software and will cover:-
- BSI
- Engine ECU
- ABS and/or ESP ECU
- Air Condtioning ECU
- Sun Roof
- Auto Transmission Control Unit
- Airbags
- LPG
- Navigation Control Unit
- Multi-function Display
- DPF (FAP)
- Service Indicator
- COM 2000
- Plus Many More!!!
subject to you having the required ecu's
What I can give you information on
Heres a few things that may interest you on what I can do and maybe even change for you.
BSI:
- Identification
- Fault Reading
- Fault Clearing
- Driver control tests (basically testing the stalks and com2000)
- Saftey tests (recognising if doors are open or not)
- Vehicle immobilisation (engine ecu response, number of keys, number of remote keys)
- State of outputs
- State of inputs
- Actuator tests (buzzer, de-icing, demisiting light, engine check ecu resupply, door locking/unlocking output, screen wipers, indicators)
- Configarations (note this is based on my none plaxed car door open warning lamp, vehicle speed information, rain sensor, auto transmission safety warning, central locking, high frequency remote control)
Engine ECU
- Identification
- History (previous faults cleared)
- Fault reading
- Fault clearing
- Principle parameter reading (engine speed, camshaft/crankshaft synchro, measured fuel pressure, difference between fuel pressure & recommended fuel pressure, diesel pressure regulator OCR, injected flow set point, injector flow correction, injector voltage, EGR valve electrovalue, EGR throttle electrovalue, diesel pressure regulator current, pre-injection advance, main injector advance, turbo pressure, 3rd pistion deactivated, atmospheric temp, coolant temp, air temp, fuel temp)
- Electrical Information (engine speed, battery voltage, supply voltage to sensors, injector voltage, pre/post heating relay, AC cut request, fan high\low relay)
- Driver Information (engine speed, vehicle speed, accelerator pedal position, gear ratio, auto transmission gearbox recognision, main brake switch active/inactive, cruise control active/inactive, injected flow set point)
- Various actuator tests
if you require any Peugeot that does not have the standard 16-pin or the 2-pin connector, please let me know before hand as I may not be able to code read it
Citroën
I also have dealer software for Citroën and can do the same as I can with Peugeots and can do the following models

I also have dealer level software for Vauxhall, BMW, Mini and Rolls Royce
I can code read, code keys and make alterations on the following.
Vauxhall
Agila A, B
Corsa C, D
Tigra A, B
Meriva
Astra F, G, H, J
Zafira A, B
Insignia
Vectra C, Signum B
Captiva
Antara, Captiva MAXX
Vivaro
Morvano
GT
Speedster/VX220
Combo C
Omega B
Frontera B
Campo
Monterey
Sintra
Currently only have the 16 pin connector for these, and also to change some settings in the ECU's you need the CAR PASS code

E46, E53, E60, E63, E64, E65
E66, E67, E70, E71, E72, E83

Other Services
I also offer FAP/DPF removal.
I also have a piece of kit that allows me to do a mobile dyno. It only works on EOBD compliant vehicles. Ask me for more details.
I am able to get Peugeot and Citroen Radio codes, along with a couple of other models. Ask for more information.
Few examples what I have recently configured on some multiplexed 206's
- Hazards flash under sharp braking
- Anti Hijack
- CD changer
- Crystal headlamps
- Trip computer
- Rear wiper when reverse gear is selected (when front wipers are on)
- Running lights
- Turned FAP off [needed if you are having FAP mapped out]
Key Programming
If you require another key, I can also reprogram this as long as you have the 4 digit security code. I can get you this for FREE if you don't have it, if I am selling you a transponder or coding you a key, otherwise I charge £1.
I am located in the Sheffield, but I will travel upto 20 miles to you and that will be included in the price.
However distances outside the 20 miles will be charged at 60p a mile one-way.

I'm not sure, depending on if I'm free or not.
Yeah I can clear faults as it is dealer level software, should actually put that in the original post
I won't clear airbag faults tho, unless I've got a guarentee it's been repaired, simply because of the dangers tbh

I've not really had that must time to play about with it. But I have noticed BSI configurations, and I will have a look on my car to see what I can do before I do anything on other peoples.
I can't do BSI updates tho, due to me not working for Peugeot
I've also got Lexia for Citreon cars, but I need to install that.
I'm also trying to get some other software which will allow me to do standard EOBD scans on other cars.

Sounds good Lee can see you getting a lot of people taking this up, as most garages will charge a hours labour for this

And if the car is a non-runner you have to somehow get it TO the garage
which makes these rates seem excellent tbh.

As long as the igntion works, then it should scan because then there is power going to the OBD port
