Don't worry about it mate doesn't need to be that soon, just whenever you are free.
I've got a replacement ECU on the way so hopefully that will sort it, if not will let you know but will try and and diagnose myself. Isn't OBD2 compliant so I don't have the stuff to code read it, was looking at uniscan as lexia is a lot more. Was told they should both work with it.

Does it have the 16 pin connector? Or the 30 pin or the 2 pin in the engine bay?

Has the 16, exactly the same as my plexxed 206 but it's 98 reg so it doesn't commnicate with the scanner

Car is missing but no management light is on, could it still have a fault code for the problem? How much to come to Kent and check mine?

Yes it could still have DTC sorted in the ECU
It would be £150 as it's a 450mile round trip.
