My wife's 206 intermittently revs up without warning usually when stationary. I have replaced the idle control valve, removed and cleaned the butterfly housing. Checked for air leaks, checked the throttle is not sticking. When it does this white smoke pours out of the exhaust. The vehicle has not used any coolant since she's had it, about 18 months, the level is still where it was when we bought it. It does not use any oil either. It's only done about 46,000 mls and is a "V" reg. any other ideas pls. cheers j
