It might be easier if you just offer a quantity of anything being offered rather than us guestimating how much is needed 
That way what is there, is there - and when it's gone, it's gone! As opposed to having way too much left over like last year.

I think CANS, rather than bottles of drink, will be better this year (as we had way too many bottles!).
Also SAUSAGES were much more popular than beef burgers - so sausages/hotdog rolls would be appreciated!
If we cater for about 50/60 mouths I reckon that will do.
What do you think? (considering how many burgers were left-over from last year)

Last years was a great idea with PLENTY of food, it saved £££££ buying crappy food from the botulism vans.... Thing was there was a bit too much food and we ended up taking a lot of defrosted stuff home.
I just hope we can manage to sort something good for this year. We need someone with some organisational skills to take charge! (looks at Antix! )
