Only got her on friday, here she is thus far, i've done a deep clean on the interior too but pics don't do that justice:

I'm going to fit some smaller wheels for better acceleration, mpg and braking... i'll probably go 15" down from these 17" buggers (even though I admitt they do look really nice), painted matt black.
Rear disc conversion
180 GTi front disc upgrade
5.1 dot brake fluid
Stainless brake hoses
Uprated discs and pads
Paint fuel filler cap black
HID kit
Straight through de-cat exhaust system, oval tail pipe
Black bonnet
I may do a FMIC and get a remap but we'll see, it's not a top priority.
Boring stuff
New wipers all round
New bumper
New wing (one has been resprayed and it looks odd)
Waxoil the underneath
Polish and touch up/paint correction

Take the 5.1 fluid off your list and just get some decent DOT4!
