A year later in 2011 Mikey2uk took on the role of getting 206Info attending again with an amazing turnout of cars again for the Sunday only, Now in 2012 I&#039;m taking on the role again to try and get us there even bigger and better!

Ticket Prices
Sunday [The Fast Show]:
Advance: £17
Gate: £20

Payments for this show are now been collected, please read the following thread for more information - Click Here

www.206info.co.uk/Foru...art=0.html

This time around though there has been a change to the driver and co pilot, This year the driver will be Gordon Macmillan (of Performance French Cars) with Mac bravely taking up the challenge of navigating him through the various stages. Why the change? Well in association with MSV Essex Motorsport and FCS there will be an article in PFC all about getting yourself into rallying, what you need how you go about it etc!

&amp;nbsp;

So what do we want from you? We need members to come down take photo&#039;s video&#039;s and to get involved, roll up your sleeves and help out in the pit&#039;s anything will be of help haveing been out with Mac a a couple of event&#039;s now I can tell you that there is much to do and you cannot help but get in there.

There is much to do on the day even with just spectating, there will be many marques out on the track from full blown WRC cars Darian&#039;s many mk1 mk2 classics there may even be the country&#039;s only Aston martin rally car there, and it sounds awesome nothing like a V12 passing you on full chat.

How do you get in to help out? just grab your self a ticket! the pit&#039;s are open to the public and you cannot miss Mac and the 206 (there are a couple of 206&#039;s but only one GT! )

Tickets available on the day, £13 a bargain for the day out at one of England&#039;s top tracks with pit access.

Entry list  below

Just check out the line up!

  <title>206Info Banner Stolen - Replacement Needed</title>
  <link>http://www.206info.co.uk/News/article/sid=17.html</link>
  <description>&amp;nbsp;

Donations required to fund a replacement banner..

Unfortunately I bring the bad news that 206info&#039;s new banner (Which was used at FCS 2011, Mod Nats 2011 and USC 2011) has been stolen meaning we need to replace it ready for next year’s shows.

The banner was stolen from USC 2011 on Sunday, along with some of my pegs that were holding it into the ground, after a good search around the camp site; the banner was officially missing/stolen and had not blown away.

The only piece left of the banner is a 2cm square corner patch which was obviously torn off as whoever took it ripped it up off the pegs.

Thanks Sam (S222Chan) and James (jimjam19927) for going on the hunt for it!

Due to this unfortunate event we are now left in the situation of needing to replace the banner ready for the next set of shows.

If any of the info members feel they would like to help in the means of a donation, could you please send the donation via PayPal to donations @ 206info.co.uk

Donations and Amounts are confidential - I never have and will never share this information!

No amount is too little, every penny helps!</description>

  <title>Meet Equipment Donations!</title>
  <link>http://www.206info.co.uk/News/article/sid=13.html</link>
  <description>&amp;nbsp;

As we have recently acquired a boat load of reps, 206 Info official meets are going to become more regular. As such, we are hoping to raise enough money to buy some new flags and banners to display at meets.

There is no minimum or maximum donation amount. Feel free to donate 1p if you want, every little helps. If every member donated just £1, we&#039;d have 6k to play with! (Wishful thinking?)

Also, you don&#039;t have to donate. This is entirely optional.

For information on how to donate, please CLICK HERE

Thank you in advance!

  <title>TRS Brands Hatch stage rally 2011</title>
  <link>http://www.206info.co.uk/News/article/sid=8.html</link>
  <description>So we rock up at about 09.00 on the 30/01/2011 (yep that’s Brands Hatch in January -1°C) Entrance is free and so is the parking all good so far, off to the service area to meet up with Mac and his Rally prepped 206 GT. Shook hands and helped out with last minute preparations for his 10.24 kick off nothing special really but this will be the first rally for the 206 (since official log booking) and for Mac who needs to get four under his belt to be able to progress to group A. Stages can be seen here:

&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

After helping Mac and Jamie (co-driver) get themselves ready we set off to find a vantage to watch the first stage of the day, as we walk along to the stand we passed through the service area for the day’s events and a myriad of exotic cars, Mk1, Mk2 escort’s usual fare for rallying, rear wheel drive Mk1 fiesta’s little more exotic Works Suzuki Swift’s, Darian’s a Maxi 306 and a rare Aston Martin GT Rally..

&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

The Days event’s had many spills 2005 Focus WRC car getting stuck in the kitty litter A Subaru Impreza running down some cones and a absolute tragedy when a Austin Mini cooper (1000cc) had an argument with a concrete block and inevitably lost

But For Mac and the crew the day turned out to be a good one, lot’s learnt about tyre choices, Lines gearing etc. A good day for a first time out though turning a 78th seed into a 49th finish overall, first time out!!

  <title>Summer site meet a great success!!</title>
  <link>http://www.206info.co.uk/News/article/sid=6.html</link>
  <description>Well folks, the summer meet which took place between Friday 31st July and Sunday 1st August was a great success. Everyone who said they would be attending got there in the end. The traffic was horrendous (7 hours to drive what would normally take 4 and a half hours), the weather wasnt up to much (rained a fair bit), but it didnt put a damper on anyones spirits!

We all had a great weekend (apart from a noisy bunch who were there for a birthday party). As you can see from these example pictures, there are plenty of laughs to be had.

I&#039;d like to give a big thanks to:
 Neil (golfguy), Corina (cliogirl), Liam (Liam-Hutch), Nathan (Abzynthe), Stuart (twed207), Martin (shaw-pug), Simon (ExoVyper), Tom (tomd0801754), Nick (puggyXDT), Iain (iainlovatt), Charlotte (charlie99), Tammy (totty), Jazzi (kencogurl), Dave (kencoboy) for all attending and making the weekend as good as it was, fantastic company, and a great bunch of people who I can gladly call friends .

I&#039;d also like to give thanks to the Cold Springs camp site for putting up with us for the 3rd year, .

There will be a meet again next year as this is an annual event, so keep your eyes on the Official Site Meets section. There were 18 people at the meet this year, lets see if we can get more for next year.
