Try Filling the tank (with a Jerry can) as, when you are priming it, if it's low it will take ages to prime it and even then because you've had the pipes off it might not prime fully |

Another symptom is “double bounce” i.e. wiper carries on with a double click heard from the relay.
Tools needed:-
Drill + 8mm drill bit
