i have imputed the 4 digit pin then asked to put key 1 and turn on the then get a message that the ignation was not turned on,

am i missing something here?

Make sure the plug is clean and properly pushed in, also are you turning full ignition on?

hi there ukskater01 and thanks for your reply,
yes it is connected ok, also i do get a message that says no reply from the ecu, its strange really as it does tell us about that issue they are that we have now fixed apart from the real left door is open when it is shut, which we are trying to find & Fix.....
do you think that the door open issue could be something to do with the fob problem i am having?.....

again thanks for your help ukskater01

It shouldn't be, I'm not sure about the door open message. It could be a switch inside the door lock mechanism. I haven't had any experience with Peugeot locks so I'm not too clued up I'm afraid. What version of pp2000 have you got and what lead do you have?
Where do you live? If I'm near I could meet up with you or someone with pp if there near to you just to see if it's you pp2000. If the ecu is not responding there must be a loose or broken connection. You might need to have a look at the transponder ring around the barrel to see if it's connected properly.
I hope you get sorted and let me know if I can help if I'm near

hi ukskater01 again thank you for your reply,

the leads and equipment we have
www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300...1439.l2649
PP2000 we are using 24.21

I will look deeper in regards to the transponder ring as I think you may have hit the hammer on the head there, might be loose on the bsi conection. will let you know how that goes.

I think we have spoke before not to long ago with another post I put up here,
I am in sheerness, kent.

Again thanks for you help.

Virgin transporter on ebay id45 or id46.
Key-code, Lee used to do them but he's retired from the forum.
Try Peugeotforums.uk there's a guy in there that does them if you look around.
