On My Light...The Right Hand Side Is Working Ok...But The Left Is Really Dim...So Dim That You Think It Aint Working...Only When You Go Really Close And Cover It You See It Dim...Is It Time To Buy A New 1 ?

No standard ones are bulbs.

Is yours standard mate? If so I would just change the bulbs, a few pence really.
