i get a bolster on them get them moving easier,
or get a torx that just fits in the hole off washer, hit it in with hammer (not too far) then u should be able to move washer around and pull it out with the torx u have hit in the hole, (washer will pop off the torx if you dont hit it in too hard)

not if its just big enoth for the hole and you dont hit it in too far, i have used that method on ones that have been stuck lots of times, not had a problem at all,

torx socket bit, yer its around same size but as its a tight fit it wont go in that far, its hard to explain tbh, its a last method if they wont come out i use,
get the wd40 straw right into the grooves to flush out all the rubbish

All i did, was remove the bolt, put a flat blade screwdirver into the hole of the washer, move it in a ciruclar motion, spraying in WD40 all the time, till it was moving freely where it sits, then just worked it til it came out. It was swaimming in wd40 tho.

you can try clearing the hole the washer sits in with a rotary wire brush in a drill..... they get stuck because the outer edge gets rust on it making the washer hard to remove.
