Hi all... 2 week into 206 ownership and this fault has come along....

Filling the tank, reset the trip mileage to see how many miles we get from a full tank.. issue is,

It will add the trip mileage as it should but after a day or so, it suddenly shoots up for no reason!. After pressing the button to display the total car mileage i find its confusing itself and instead of keeping a trip log, its just reading the last 3 digits of the total vehicle mileage!..

I.e fill up, in 20 miles say the trip can one day say 20 and the next say 700 miles.. flick the button to total miles and its clear its reading from that..

What the heck? Please dont tell me my ecu is kaput :/

Known BSI software bug. Either live with the fault OR take it to a Peugeot main dealer for a software update.
