i have changed windows to lexan (rear to do as yet)

removed

AC
spare wheel
all interior
air bags
sound proofing
rear wiper and motor
rear number plate lights
number plates
boot latch
bonnet latch
window motors
heater matrix
front fogs
arch liners

trimmed

door inners
wiring
rad cowl
lugs bolts and rear seat mounts

what else can be done im thinking of putting the bonnet on 4 pins and removing the hinges also maybe cut the underside of the bonnet down

changing the power steering to electric when i get itbs,

also thought about the boot and when changing the glass might bolt that shut or put it on pins

at the moment ive lost 168kgs not including the spare also go tthe mounts for the spare to remove as yet (anyone know how much they weigh so i can add it on)my aim is 200kgs but thinking its going to be difficult now there is nothing left lol

Don't put the bonnet on pins. The front is Ok but if you replace the hinges if you have a crash the pins can break and the bonnet can end up through the screen and in your face.

Have you considered looking for lighter wheels. This could save you upto 4 or 5 kg per corner depending on what you have on already.

Lightened flywheel too. Both static and dynamic weight advantage of having that lightened.

where from i have seaeched and cant find them,

flywheel will be done with the clutch when it goes

another thought you think it would be possible to have the dash in without the metal steering wheel mount that goes across the car

I no people don't like Ecosse but they do fibre glass doors boot and bonnet.

If I rember correctly:
Doors 300 EACH
Bonnet 200
Boot 200.
Have you replaced the rear boot window with perspecs.
A friend I no has done this on his 205 and the boot is soooooo light.
